We want to be a partner you can communicate with easily, so we are asking you to inform us about any complaints or recommendations concerning the quality of our services including your dissatisfaction with the expense decisions made by the Reward Department.
The complaints / recommendations handled in via Internet will be reviewed by the board of Seesam.
Your complaint has been sent to the board of Seesam. It will be reviewed within 10 working days and the answer will be sent to you via mail or the e – mail address you have given us. If reviewing the complaint takes a longer time because a clarification of facts and circumstances is necessary, Seesam is going to send you a written announcement.
