The Professional Liability Insurance has been developed with the purpose to compensate unforeseen expenses caused by you to a third party due to an error or negligence in the course of your professional activity, and is intended for representatives of the following professions:

land surveyors, surveyors, geodesists,

administrators of insolvent companies;

medical staff (both private practice doctors and in clinics and hospitals);

Depending on the particular profession, the following losses are compensated:
- financial loss;
- damage caused to health, life, physical condition;
- property damage (property damage/destruction).
In addition, also court expenses are compensated, if the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation.
Additionally, the following is compensated:
- lost earnings;
- loss of documents;
- sudden and unforeseen pollution;
- moral harm.
