Contractor’s Third Party Liability Insurance

The purpose of the Contractor’s Third Party Liability Insurance is to compensate instead of you both direct and consequential expenses related to damage to health, life, physical condition of a third party or damage to property of a third party caused by you in the course of construction works.

Remember!

If building permit is required for performance of construction works, then, according to the requirements set out in the legal acts of the RL, such an insurance policy must be compulsory presented to the Building Authority before issue of the building permit.
