"All risks" insurance covers unexpected and sudden outer damage to the property, as well as internal damage, which has occurred as a result of outer circumstances. However, also this insurance cover has exceptions, which the Insurer will not compensate; usually exceptions include political risks, war, terror acts, structural type of damages to the property, losses or damages due to poor maintenance, as well as wear and tear, natural processes (rust, drying out, etc.), losses caused as a result of gradual deterioration.
