Named perils insurance includes the following basic risks:

fire; lightning; explosion; falling of aircrafts and their parts; explosion;

storm; hail;

breakdowns of water or heating and sewage system;
- illegitimate action by the third person;
and additional risks:
- flood;
- snow weight;
- folling down of tree, mast and pole;
- breaking of glass;
- electric natural phenomenon;
- oveflow;
- impact of vehicle;
- earthquake.
In this case the policy holder knows clearly stated risks, for which he is insured. Of course, there are different exceptions here, which for different insurance companies might be different. As examples to exceptional cases could be mentioned: errors of gross negligence, intentional acts, war, military attacks, nuclear reaction, as well as supplier`s fixed guarantees.
