After accident immediately (as soon as possible), but not later than within 30 days, you must turn to Seesam.
How to act when the accident happens:
- You must visit the doctor and observe his instructions.
- If required, call the police.
- Inform Seesam as soon as possible, phone number +371 67 06 10 32.
In order to receive the indemnity, you must submit the following documentation:
- The claim application of the accident insurance.
- Doctor’s notice (epikrisis).
- X-ray (in case of the bone breaking).
- Sick-leave certificate (if there is included such risk as the per diem).
- Conclusion of the Road police about the road accident.
- Conclusion of the state or municipal police in the result of the criminal attack.
