After an accident you must contact Seesam or our expert companies immediately and in no case later than within 3 (three) working days.
No deductible is applied to the front windshield if replaced by a cooperation partner of Seesam.

information of persons involved in the road traffic accident on further actions.

In the case of a Motor Vehicle Insurance (MVI) accident:
1. Take immediately any possible measures to prevent or reduce the amount of damages.
2. Report immediately the accident to relevant agencies: Order Police, Road Traffic Police, Municipal Police, Fire-Fighting and Rescue Service etc.
Exceptional cases when the accident must not be reported:

damage of the windshield or a headlight caused by another motor vehicle which has lifted up an object (a stone, piece of ice etc.) from the road surface provided that it is the only damage;
NB! No deductible is applied to the front windshield if replaced by a cooperation partner of Seesam.

if an Accident Statement has been completed;

if only the insured object has been involved in the road traffic accident and no persons have been injured, and if no damage has been caused to property of third parties, and if the motor vehicle is capable and is not prohibited to participate in road traffic (it does not concern collision with an animal).
3. Immediately, as soon as possible contact the Claims Department of Seesam call regional customer service centres, or report the accident to an expert company of Seesam.
4. A MVI accident may be reported also to repair companies, if only your motor vehicle has been involved in the road traffic accident and you wish to have your motor vehicle inspected and repaired by the said repair companies.
