If there has occurred the breakdown of the heating or sewerage system or the water leakage, inform the emergency service, manager of the building or the house management body.

What documents must be submitted in order to receive the insurance indemnity?
The application for the insurance indemnity;Receipts, concluded acts, minutes, demands and the other documents, which are necessary for the determination of the loss amount and circumstances.
After the claim application is received, the expert of Seesam Latvia will contact you and, taking into account the circumstances, which have appeared, will inform about the further progress.
