The special offer to farmers is intended for agricultural machinery insurance.
The special offer insurance policy covers:
1.1. machinery insurance against "all risks" (indemnity of loss caused by any external damage) ;
1.2. accident insurance (death, disability, and bone fracture cases) of machinery operator (without additional premium) ;
1.3. in the case of insurance of a tractor, combine harvester or other agricultural mechanically propelled vehicle, the policy covers, at the customer’s choice, any trailed and hanging equipment such as ploughs, cultivators, sprayers, fertilizer spreaders, daily-use trailers, harrows, rakes, roll wrappers and other equipment, of value up to LVL 10 000 (or the equivalent of EUR 15 000), without additional premium;
1.4. in the case of insurance of a tractor with a trailer, or a combine harvester, the policy includes, at no additional premium, insurance of agricultural products or raw materials of value up to LVL 5,000, during transportation thereof. In this case, there are compensated losses caused to the products being transported in the result of a traffic accident where the transporting vehicle is involved, or in the result of theft / robbery , or a fire that has damaged the products;
1.5. insurance will apply during the use of the machinery and when this machinery will participate in road traffic as a road user as well as in the case of transportation of this machinery;
1.6. insurance payment is divided in two or four installments without any extra charge; but if the premium is paid in a single payment an additional discount of 10% shall be applied;
1.7. if you purchase this insurance, the mandatory third party motor insurance (MTPL) for tractor trailers will cost just LVL 1.
