Seesam Insurance AS Latvia Branch shall provide a written response to the complaint in the Latvian language as soon as practically possible, however, no later than within 30 days.
If the Customer is not satisfied with the response received from the Seesam Insurance AS Latvia Branch, the Customer shall have the right to submit a complaint:
* The Ombudsman examines complaints of customers – natural persons – in respect of decisions adopted by the Seesam Insurance AS Latvia Branch regarding payment of an insurance indemnity or refusal to pay:
- regarding accident and assistance insurance if the insurance indemnity amount does not exceed EUR 5 000;
- regarding property insurance if the insurance indemnity amount does not exceed EUR 200 000;
- regarding land vehicle insurance (CASCO) if the insurance indemnity amount does not exceed EUR 40 000.
